With a total duration of 12 months, our program allows you to have an accelerated immersion in the waste recovery, energy recovery and circular economy segment, where you will develop knowledge through a learning trail with practical training that will take place in person at our units. located in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Pará, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and Bahia. During the entire period, you will develop challenging projects for our business, you will be mentored by executives from the Solvi group, you will have the follow-up of the People team that will support you in building your career.
