Integrity
The Sustainable Integrity Program (PIS) aims to consolidate the ethical and integrity culture that guides our values and conduct.
As one of the pillars of the Solví Business Model (MES), the PIS supports all of the Solví Group's programs, guiding their premises and guidelines.
Its success is directly linked to the commitment of the Board of Directors and the active support of the Management Board, which works together with the Investment, People and Safety, Conduct, and Risk, Audit and Sustainability Committees, contributing especially to the continuous monitoring of the program.
The effectiveness of the PIS (Program for Integrity and Social Responsibility) is also driven by the work of the Compliance team and the Integrity Committee, made up of leaders from various areas and units. Complementing this structure, the Integrity Agents and leaders of each Solví Group business play a fundamental role in strengthening the culture of integrity and mitigating identified risks.
Our Solví Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct guides the attitudes and decisions of everyone who is part of the Solví Group. It reflects our values and commitments to ethics, integrity, and respect in all relationships, with employees, partners, clients, and society.
More than just a document, it's a guide to ensure our actions are always aligned with the principles we believe in and uphold.
Transparency and Equal Pay Report for Women and Men

This regulates Law No. 14,611, of July 3, 2023, which provides for equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men.

§3 The report referred to in the heading must be published on the companies' own websites, on social media, or through similar means, ensuring wide dissemination to their employees, collaborators, and the general public.
§4 The publication of the Reports must take place in the months of March and September, as detailed in an act of the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
