Biomethane. The fuel of the future , now .

We transform municipal solid waste into biomethane, a sustainable fuel that drives low-carbon transportation. Using cutting-edge technology, we have 3 biomethane plants that have become a national benchmark in innovation and environmental value.

Our biomethane plants

As part of our expansion in the renewable gas market, we started operations at the Biometano Sul plant in Minas do Leão (RS) and completed construction of the São Leopoldo (RS) unit, with commissioning scheduled for the first half of 2026. Our first three plants have a total daily capacity of 170,000 Nm³. In addition, we have approved the implementation of a second plant in Caieiras (SP), which will have a direct connection to the Comgás network, bringing us to the milestone of four biomethane plants in Brazil.

We will produce 26 million Nm³ of biomethane in 2025, the equivalent of more than 1.5 million gas cylinders.

By 2030, our goal is to scale up operations to reach 1 million Nm³ per day.

total volume

A significant portion of properly disposed urban solid waste in Brazil passes through our operations.

We give urban solid waste a new purpose through technology. We capture the biogas produced in our landfills and convert it into electricity for the Brazilian grid. This is our way of ensuring that the waste disposal cycle ends with renewable energy and sustainability.

We also generate clean energy from what would otherwise be discarded.

11 thermal power plants that never shut down

Thermal power plants are a fundamental part of generating clean energy from organic waste treated by the Solví Group.

By 2025 alone, we will generate enough energy to supply a city of over 450,000 inhabitants.

carbon credits were generated only in 2025. Since 2004, we have already generated 30 million carbon credits.

Carbon Neutral Events

Throughout 2025, we consolidated our presence at various events with a commitment to making them more sustainable. To this end, we guarantee the neutralization of emissions generated by both operations and the audience's journey.

Since 2001, the Solví Institute has been the main force behind our socio-environmental actions. Our role is to support Sustainable Development Units (SDUs) in truly connecting with communities, generating a positive and lasting impact in each region where we operate. Therefore, we embrace projects that transform people's lives, whether by protecting the environment, encouraging culture and sport, or promoting health and new economic opportunities.

We bring culture and sport to the people.

We allocated R$ 6.2 million to 38 projects dedicated to culture, sports, senior citizens, and children and adolescents. In 2025 alone, we directly impacted 100,000 people with our socio-environmental actions through the Solví Institute.

Wastewater and Water Treatment

Our Industrial Solutions vertical offers integrated and innovative services to support our clients in adopting more circular, efficient, and environmentally safe processes.

We accelerated sanitation.

In partnership with Bahia's sanitation company, Embasa, we made our infrastructure available to optimize over R$ 500 million in investments, bringing forward the goal of 95% sanitation coverage in the region.

Working at Scale with Cetrel

We have taken over the environmental management of the Camaçari Industrial Complex, one of the largest in Latin America, operating integrated solutions for more than 80 companies.

Readiness and Expansion

Preventive and emergency response for highways, ports, oil, gas, and mining. Our goal is to double the number of operational bases by 2027, ensuring the fastest response time on the market.
