Traditionally, the Solví Innovation Award – PSI is an internal program to strengthen the culture of innovation among Solví employees, favoring spaces where new ideas are welcome.

In 2021, we innovated bringing a new category: external. Lato and Stricto sensu undergraduate and graduate students will be able to submit their ideas or innovative projects to compete for prizes, in addition to possible vacancies to join Solví.

Structure

The program lasts up to two years and throughout the entire process the student will have access to a development path and various benefits offered by the company.

Higher education (non-technological) Engineering, Administration, Economics, Law and other related courses.

Training:

“Hello, my name is Caio Eduardo Maccari Formigoni, I will complete 18 years at Grupo Solvi in 2025, I am currently Operations Manager at GRI, responsible for the company's operations in Brazil together with two other managers.
I began my journey at the Group in 2007 as an intern, since then going through all the Academy Programs, but the Internship Journey was certainly the greatest opportunity of my career, a unique opportunity to be a small owner of a big business, a very special space in an increasingly competitive job market where young people have the freedom to develop their professional skills and forge their character through good examples of great, renowned and successful professionals who make up the structure of the Solvi Group.
