    For the Group, Compliance goes beyond risk prevention and detection. It is a consultative activity that supports strategic objectives and risk management. Among the various measures taken by the area are the engagement of senior leadership, policies and procedures aligned with the company's culture and day-to-day, investment in employee training and internal communication, auditing and monitoring of compliance processes. It ensures the mitigation of exposures to regulatory risks by promoting measures to discipline corporate activities.   • Whistleblower protection
    The Solví Group guarantees the confidentiality of reports, and no adverse action is taken against a whistleblower in good faith, prohibiting any retaliatory measures against the whistleblower and those responsible for investigating the reports. Relatório de Transparência e Igualdade Salarial de Mulheres e Homens

DECRETO Nº 11.795, DE 23 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2023

Regulamenta a Lei nº 14.611, de 3 de julho de 2023, que dispõe sobre igualdade salarial e de critérios remuneratórios entre mulheres e homens.

 

Art. 2º...

§ 3º  O Relatório de que trata o caput deverá ser publicado nos sítios eletrônicos das próprias empresas, nas redes sociais ou em instrumentos similares, garantida a ampla divulgação para seus empregados, colaboradores e público em geral.

§ 4º  A publicação dos Relatórios deverá ocorrer nos meses de março e setembro, conforme detalhado em ato do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego.
