DECRETO Nº 11.795, DE 23 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2023
Regulamenta a Lei nº 14.611, de 3 de julho de 2023, que dispõe sobre igualdade salarial e de critérios remuneratórios entre mulheres e homens.

§ 3º O Relatório de que trata o caput deverá ser publicado nos sítios eletrônicos das próprias empresas, nas redes sociais ou em instrumentos similares, garantida a ampla divulgação para seus empregados, colaboradores e público em geral.
§ 4º A publicação dos Relatórios deverá ocorrer nos meses de março e setembro, conforme detalhado em ato do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego.
